A couple of days ago a FIFA representative said that J.Lo cancelled her performance at this year’s World Cup in Brazil but today it was announced that she will hit the stage with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte to perform “We Are One (Ole Ola)” during the opening ceremony of this year’s World Cup.
The update on Jennifer’s performance was given by People Magazine today.
The magazine had a chat with one of her reps who said that “JENNIFER HAS ALWAYS WANTED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WORLD CUP OPENING CEREMONIES, WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WORK OUT SCHEDULING AND LOGISTICS. ANY STATEMENTS TO CONTRARY WERE PREMATURE. JENNIFER WOULD NOT WANT TO DISAPPOINT HER FANS OR FANS OF FOOTBALL. SHE WILL BE THERE.”
Pitbull, Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte are going to hit the stage during the finale of the opening ceremony in Sao Paulo, Brazil to perform their “We Are One (Ole Ola)” that it’s this year’s official song for the World Cup Brazil.
I suppose is good news for the Brazilian fans!!!
