The legendary rock band and the fabulous Adam Lambert have started their US tour with an amazing concert last night in Chicago.
They took the United Center in Chicago on a journey, performing classics that made Queen a music institution, never forgetting its main member, the iconic Freddie Mercury.
Adam Lambert is not replacing Freddie, first of all, he’s irreplaceable, but Lambert is paying homage to the music god.
In my humble opinion, I think that Adam is doing justice to the shoes he is wearing it, if you know what I mean.
Adam nailed songs like “Killer Queen”, showing how talented and fit for the job he is. Hits like “Who Wants To Live Forever” and “Somebody To Love” were also perfectly executed by Lambert.
Freddie Mercury “shared” the stage with Adam on a duet of “Love Of My Life”, one of my favourite” Queens song ever!!!
The chemistry in between them three is obvious and fierce.
The first night had minor problems with sound and video but nothing that could take the magic from it.
If the tour is going to your city, you must go.
They still have 18 more concerts to do.
